Callan Williams is an international award winning, independent winemaker based in Cape Town, South Africa.

The Garajeest, a premium boutique wine brand, founded in 2014, focuses strongly on quality, terroir driven, W.O Elgin  cool climate wines, and signature projects- as a specialist brand that  exports to global markets.

Bruce Cabernet Franc and  Jim Semillon - produced in limited volumes - are inspired by icons that embody a time and movement that resonate with the unique taste profile of each vintage. We are proudly 100% Vegan Friendly Wines. Keep an eye out for new releases, and signature magnums.

Callan Williams offers consulting services that consist of: curating tailored trade wine lists and staff training (restaurants, hotels, bars, lodges); educational wine training; sourcing wine (as well as bulk/unlabeled) for industry, own label, events; Wine tastings; Curating private wine cellars and wine for events; and managing wine tenders.
